What a good experience! The personalized touches, like complimentary chocolates and bottled water. I loved the extensive breakfast options, especially the locally sourced ingredients served to perfection.

The location was perfect and nice, between the 2 sleeping areas, it's a plus. Had brunch in the Fat Lil's, located nearby.

Everything was really good, I loved my stay. The breakfast offered was delicious with freshly cooked eggs to order. The hotel's location was handy, near the main shopping area where there were plenty of places to eat, and the centre of Witney, a lovely market town.

Had a really chill 3 nights here. The staff was super friendly and pro, cared about everything. The breakfast was amazin with quality stuff. Room was comfy and clean, really helped me relax. Location is perfect for exploring witney, everything is a short walk away.

Right, we had a lovely time! The room was clean as a whistle, and the brekkie was properly good, freshly cooked and all. Just a shame there ain't no parking on site, innit? But the friendly welcome more than made up for it!

A good stay with warm hospitality

Waking up to a beautifully cooked breakfast was a true highlight. Richard, the owner, were pretty good too ensure our needs were met, from offering local tips to serving a good morning meal with fresh juice and generous portions. The location couldn't be more charming, just a short stroll from the vibrant town center, with plenty of pubs close by to enjoy the local ambiance.

Our room had limited drawer space for personal belongings, made organizing a bit challenging. It was close to the main road, resulting in some noise disruption during the night.

We stayed here with our two kids for a wedding, and the whole vibe was warm and inviting. The owner was genuinely friendly, giving us all the essentials and even painkillers when needed. What a lovely breakfast spread too, perfect for a family!

My wife says that more activities for kids would improve the experience.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view. The four-poster bed was super comfy, and I slept like a baby! Loved the chocolates and bottled water. Just a small downside-some noise from outside since it's right at the front. But overall, a great vibe!

Perfect stay for Cotswolds exploration

The owner was accommodating, even providing a packed breakfast when I had an early start. The room wassuper clean and cozy. One thing to note, parking can be tricky, so plan ahead if you're driving.
